We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 7-day return policy on all tech products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Product that has been used or damaged.
  • Product that are missing parts or accessories not due to our error.
  • Product that were purchased on sale or clearance

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


To return a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label if return is acceptable. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed within 10 business days on your provided account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. 

How to Return a Product

  3. We will provide you return details.
  4. Pack the product securely and return it to us.
  5. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
